The hotel was conveniently located near the train station with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was helpful and gave me good recommendations. The room was spacious, with a big working bench where you can work comfortably with your computer and other stuffs. After work, you might relax on the sofa in the hotel room. I was very satisfied cos I paid a moderate amount and I could get such a spacious and tidy room in a convenient location. This was good value for money.

The hotel is excellent in every way. Room sizes are better than average and everything is spotless. All the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. We stayed for a month and found the facilities, including breakfast, ability to eat and keep food in the room, coffee supplied, and laundry all excellent. We will stay here again when we next visit the city. The location on bus and fast trains routes is perfect.

The booking was not clear meaning on site, the written explanation was only standard room and when I got there, they say my smoking room is ready, I am not smoking at all….. and it took a long time to change to another non smoking room. Other than that, the non smoking room was fine. If the air conditioner can change the temperature will be better. Breakfast was just ok, not fancy not bad, just enough to get energy.

1. Located close to station ~ 3 min walk. Few restaurants adjacent to hotels. 2. Staffs were japanese, reliable on services and no worries when leaving staffs in room (some hotels in big cities are hiring more foreign staffs). 3. Convenient C/I & C/O via automatic kiosk 4. Room was spacious comparing and clean Breakfast would be cheaper if booked in advance. But, we had ABF at Komeda’s just across the small junction.

Staff were very friendly even with the language barrier! Very respectful and kind people. I 100% recommend this hotel, location was amazing only a short train to namba station, facilities around hotel were great, will stay here again

The hotel is strategically located near train station. Easy for travel to Namba with express train. Clean room and very courteous check in. Stayed there for 4 nights but the breakfast menu didn't change much though.

Zhang (Lady) made my stay way better after booking.com failure of proper confirmation. Email on my side was correct but on hotels. It was not. She made sure to help as much as possible.
